  AHM 100 pointing hammer machine with ‘S’ slide feed device – maximum performance for professional tube processing The AHM 100 pointing hammer machine is the ideal solution for industrial companies that need to cold spot and reduce tubes to the highest quality. With its robust construction, high forming force and fully automated operation, it enables the economical production of drawn and folded angles, as well as the precise cold forming of round and square tubes. The result: stable angles, optimum material flow at the start of drawing and efficient drainage of pickling and bonding fluids. Processable materials & specifications The AHM 100 is designed for high loads and demanding materials: Tube diameter: 20–140 mm Wall thickness: 1–6.5 mm Tube length: 3,000–8,000 mm Material: steel pipes with a strength of up to 800 N/mm² Crookedness: 2.5 D over the entire pipe length Working height: approx. 1,050 mm This makes the machine ideal for a wide variety of production environments – from steel processing and pipe profile technology to drawing mills.
